Established in 1994, we started our careers as plumbing and heating engineers, working across countless building sites and gaining the essential hands‑on experience that only real, on‑site work can provide. That practical foundation still shapes everything we do today.

Nigel oversees each project on a daily basis and stays actively involved throughout every washroom refurbishment. His practical background guarantees high‑quality workmanship and a seamless process from start to finish. With early career experience as a hands‑on plumber, he brings a grounded understanding of installation, system performance, and on‑site problem‑solving to every job.

Operations Director

Warren leads the operational side of the business, coordinating teams, workflows, and schedules to keep every project moving smoothly. His technical expertise brings practical, on‑site insight to the planning process, and his tireless commitment to getting every detail right ensures each refurbishment is delivered to a consistently high professional standard.

Sales Director

Simon is the first point of contact for new enquiries, guiding clients through the briefing process and ensuring their requirements are clearly understood from the start. His extensive background in client‑facing and project roles allows him to translate expectations into clear, achievable plans. By working closely with the delivery team, he helps create a smooth journey for every customer and ensures each project meets the standard of satisfaction they expect.
