Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Over 3 phases we have now completed 4 student washrooms and 2 staff toilets including built in washing and storage facilities. The complete refurbishment throughout included removing the urinals and allowing for more unisex toilets. We also proposed new wall cladding to improve hygiene by making the toilets easier to clean and the plumbing works also provided for a new water heater.
